Privacy notice

1. Who we are

This website (https://clann-an-dhragain-uaine.co.uk and its redirect domains) is an independent cultural project curated by Fabrizio Gabrielli / Pistakkio®, acting as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

2. What data we collect

At page-load, this website collects no personal data directly. Specifically:

• No cookies are set by this website.
• No analytics, tag managers, pixels or tracking scripts are loaded.
• No forms, newsletter signups or contact fields are present.
• Fonts are self-hosted, so no requests are made to external font providers.

The only personal data that reaches us is through server logs processed by our hosting provider, as explained in the next section.

3. Processors and third parties

Netlify (hosting)

Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Netlify processes server logs on our behalf — these include IP addresses, user-agent strings and access timestamps — for the purposes of delivering the website, maintaining performance and protecting against abuse. Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection for transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Suno (music embeds — loaded only after your explicit click)

The saga includes audio tracks hosted on Suno (Suno AI, Inc.). The Suno player is not loaded automatically when you open a page. You will first see a static placeholder with a button labelled “Load player — loads third-party content from suno.com”. Only if you click that button is the Suno player actually loaded.

Once loaded, Suno becomes an independent data controller and may set its own cookies, collect your IP address and apply its own tracking mechanisms, governed by Suno’s own privacy policy available at suno.com/privacy.

Your explicit click is the lawful basis (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for activating the third-party embed.

4. Legal bases for processing

• Server logs via Netlify — legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Suno embed activation — your explicit consent, given by clicking the “Load player” button (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Data retention

Netlify retains server logs in line with its own data retention policy, typically up to 30 days. We do not retain any additional copies of these logs.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15)
• request rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17)
• request restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• object to processing (Art. 21)
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority:
